A company manufacturing military radar equipment approached BizLink Elocab for a custom cable solution. The purpose of this cable was to reduce the noise that was causing a communication barrier through the cable installed in their radar application. The company had previously attempted to use a USB2/Cat6 solution to avoid the noise; however, this solution was not readily available in the market.

Meeting the noise isolation criteria of the tempest standard was necessary as the cable was installed in a radar application, which is often used by the NSA and NATO.

After research, BizLink elocab found a proprietary noise-absorption compound. When combined with interweaving shielding layers, it exceeded customer requirements.

The customer successfully integrated the cable into their application, enabling seamless communication. As a result of the project's success, the customer expanded their product line with BizLink elocab.
