Ideal shield geometry for your cable

BizLink has developed a reliable method for calculating the transfer impedance (TI) with the help of which we can calculate and simulate the ideal shield geometry for your cable. Various frequency-dependent parameters, such as conductivity, inductive coupling and the skin effect, are taken into account in this calculation.

Contrary to expectation, a tighter braided shield or a thicker foil do not necessarily provide better shielding. Small variations in the cable's structure, e.g. braid angle or the braid wire diameter, are much more efficient.

Thanks to this edge in know-how, BizLink offers you a cable at lower cost that is optimally shielded without using more material or having any disadvantages in terms of weight and diameter.
